Each school's data on OrvexCore is fully isolated from all other schools. We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS encryption in transit, and role-based access controls. Our infrastructure undergoes regular security audits.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account, you may request deletion of your data. We will delete your personal information within 30 days of receiving a verified deletion request, subject to legal retention requirements.
