Permitted Uses

Managing student records, enrolment, and academic data for enrolled students
Processing fee payments and generating invoices for your institution
Sending automated fee reminders and official communications to parents and guardians
Generating financial reports and analytics for institutional governance
Integrating OrvexCore with authorised third-party systems via our API
Granting access to authorised staff within your institution

Prohibited Conduct

Using OrvexCore to process data for any purpose unrelated to educational administration
Sharing access credentials with persons outside your institution without authorisation
Attempting to access data belonging to other institutions or tenants
Using the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages or spam
Circumventing rate limits, authentication controls, or security measures
Uploading or transmitting malware, exploits, or malicious code
Using OrvexCore for any unlawful purpose under applicable law
Reselling or sublicensing access to OrvexCore without written consent

Enforcement

First violations typically result in a formal warning and required remediation.

Suspension
Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary account suspension.

Termination
Severe or deliberate violations may result in permanent account termination without refund.
